"Didn’t Find Much for My Chapter"
From what I remember, the selection for fraternity and sorority items was limited. I was hoping to find something for my chapter, but a lot of groups either weren’t listed or only had a couple of basic options. It was a little disappointing, especially since I had something specific in mind. I ended up checking other places instead

"Print quality was straight-up garbage"
I ordered this expecting it to look like the pictures, but the print was a total mess. The colors were dull, the design looked kind of blurry, and after one wash it somehow looked even worse. The shirt itself was fine, but the print quality was trash and pretty much ruined the whole thing for me. Definitely wouldn’t order again.

"Return policy is way too complicated"
The return policy just feels unfair. I thought it would be a simple process, but it turned into one of those “why is this so complicated?” situations. For the amount of hassle involved, it really didn’t feel worth it.

"Packaging was a total mess!!!"
The box showed up all crushed and beat up!!! it made me nervous opening it because everything inside felt like it could’ve been damaged!!! Definitely not the safest packaging experience!!!

"Shipping took forever 😕"
I ordered from mygreekboutique.co the shipping took way too long. I was waiting around with barely any updates, which got really frustrating. By the time it finally showed up, I didn’t even need the item anymore. Annoying experience overall 😩

"Cute items, but not worth the price"
I thought the stuff was cute, but the prices felt way too high for what I actually got. I also wasn’t really sure what the next steps were after ordering, which was frustrating. A little more clarity would’ve helped, but overall it just didn’t feel worth it for me

"Order confirmation was a bit unclear"
The order confirmation email was kind of confusing, not sure how to explain it, but it didn’t immediately show what I ordered or make the shipping details easy to spot. I ended up going back to the website just to double-check everything.
For something that should’ve been simple, it made me wonder if my order actually went through correctly. It wasn’t a huge problem, but the confirmation email could definitely be clearer.

I was about to place an order, but then the shipping was almost the same price as the thing I was getting. At that point it just didn’t really feel worth it to me. Kind of annoying, especially with that part.

"Items showed in stock, but weren’t"
I ordered because the site said the items were in stock, but it turned out they weren’t actually available. That was frustrating enough, but what bothered me more was that nobody followed up to explain what was going on or give me an update. I had to figure it out myself, which isn’t a great experience

"Felt ignored after trusting them with my order"
I tried reaching out to mygreekboutique.co about my order the customer service was really disappointing. I sent a message, waited days, then followed up again, and still didn’t get anything helpful back.

I get that shops can get busy, but even a quick update would’ve made a difference. Instead, it felt like nobody was checking or cared, and I felt kind of stupid for trusting them in the first place. I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve their response time.

"Wish There Were More Style Options"
I was really hoping to find some cute pieces, but a lot of the styles felt similar to me. There just wasn’t much variety, and I ended up not seeing anything that really felt like my vibe. Overall, I left a little disappointed because I wanted to like it more than I did

"Not really gift-worthy"
I bought this thinking it would make a nice gift, especially since it seemed like other people were happy with it, but in person it looked cheaper than I expected. I felt a little awkward giving it to someone. Maybe others had a better experience, but it just didn’t feel gift-worthy to me.

"Checkout was a hassle"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept lagging. Then the payment page froze on me once. Super annoying. I had to re-enter all my info again just to finish it. It did go through eventually, but yeah, not smooth at all. Definitely expected it to be easier.

"Processing took way too long"
I placed my order thinking, you know, it would be processed within a few days, but it basically just sat there with no real update.
I kept having to check on it myself, and when I did get a response, it was slow and didn’t really explain much. I mean, I get that shops can get busy, but this felt like way too much waiting.
By the time the order finally started moving, I was already kind of annoyed. i probably won’t order again unless they sort out the processing time.

"Tracking was all over the place"
My order moved really slowly, and the tracking updates barely changed the whole time. I kept checking and still had no real idea where it was or when it would show up. it kind of felt like once they had my money, keeping me informed wasn’t a priority.

"Embroidery didn’t really hold up"
I was disappointed with the embroidery. The threads looked a bit messy right out of the package, and after just one wash they started coming loose. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but it feels fair to expect something new to at least hold together after washing it once.
